Job Description:-
Basic Qualification:-
- Experience in SAP HCM Success Factors Compensation Management.
- BE/BTech/MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 3 – 5 Years.
Consultants should have the below skills & expertise:
- Certified in Compensation Academy
- Completed at least 1 end to end Compensation process.
- Must have participated in at least one complete compensation cycle.
- Must have experience in setting up compensation plan templates
- Familiar with setting up Guidelines and eligibility rules. Hands-on is a must.
- Have worked on creating budget and adding budget calculations.
- Familiar with managing group assignments to compensation groups.
- Configured role based permissions
- Hands-on compensation plan template XML.
- Must be sound in reporting. Must have experience in creating roll up reports, youCalc widget and ad-hoc reports.
- Should be well versed with Compensation implementation guidelines right from understanding business requirements and then translating them to system configuration and create solution design.
- Must be comfortable with creation of compensation statements including creating compensation statements templates, setting permissions, assigning employees to group and generating statements.
- Must be aware of how to integrate Compensation with other modules.
