Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 1 day per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Client Relationship and Account Management:Identify, build, and maintain long-term client relationships. Understand their needs, utilize consultative skills to close sales, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty and may deliver tailored presentations.

Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new opportunities and expand/retain existing accounts, meeting, or exceeding revenue targets.

Market and Trend Analysis:Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

RFP response Management:May develop and submit detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.

•May support resolution of customer disputes and accounts discrepancies, providing effective solutions to billing, installation, and other customer issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Able to solve problems and develop strategic initiatives to grow and retain the revenue stream of assigned accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Expertise in product presentations/services/migrations benefiting customer needs. Demonstrates knowledge of entire product/service line.
  • Has deep knowledge of AT&T Mobility & FirstNet services
  • Expertise to Identify, Qualify, Propose, and Close Sales Opportunities
  • Be able to gathers pertinent information from customers for design, pricing, and ordering
  • Able to develops sales forecasts and billed revenue outlook (RMT)
  • Travel to customer meetings frequently
  • 8-10 years of complex sales experience and account management experience
  • Must be located within proximity to the NJ office

Desired Education:

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)

Our Lead Client Solutions III'searn a base salary between $94,100- $158,000.+ commission with a total target compensation of $159,100 -223,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
