Training Development & Delivery

• Manage operational training for new hires and existing employees, including onboarding, safety protocols, and process training.

• Create and maintain training materials (job aids, visual guides, manuals, e-learning modules, etc.).

Operational Support

• Collaborate with AG operations leadership to identify operational training needs based on performance data, process changes, and productivity goals.

• Support new equipment rollouts or process changes with appropriate training initiatives.

Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain accurate training records and certifications within the LMS or tracking system.

• Report on training completion rates, skills assessments, and performance trends.

Team Leadership & Coaching

• Communicate professionally with employees, leadership and business partners.

• Take proactive steps to ensure that best practices are followed and champion eBay DNA principles.

Additional Responsibilities

• Requires up to 20% travel annually (domestic and international).

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or higher from an accredited university. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

• 4+ years experience in operational training, operational leadership, or team leadership.

• 5+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred to support continuous improvement initiatives and data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to work independently and influence others.

• Champion for diversity, equity and belonging.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Workday Learning Management Systems (LMS).
