Your key responsibilities

• Undertake valuations of businesses and intangible assets for various purposes, including management planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), tax, financial reporting, and disputes.
• Take ownership of project delivery within each team, managing and preparing valuation reports and detailed financial modelling and analysis.
• Think critically, identify issues, and propose strategies related to the advice being provided.
• Build strong working relationships with your clients, understand their issues, anticipate future opportunities, and develop solutions to meet their needs.

• Valuation : Strong numerical and analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced level of modelling skills.
• Education : A degree in finance, economics, accounting, business or other relevant field, with demonstrated aptitude in valuation analysis. Possessing a CA, CFA or equivalent credential.
• Experience : Minimum of 7 years of relevant valuation experience ideally within the professional services or financial services environment. Experience utilising various valuation techniques and methodologies (market comparables, discounted cash flow, etc.) for different purposes.
