What you will do:

  • Lead the design and development of solutions within the RHOAI platform.

  • Advise leadership in technical advancements in this space

  • Collaborate with AI/ML upstream communities to ensure seamless integration and optimization of technologies on OpenShift.

  • Spearhead the evaluation and integration of new AI/ML technologies into the RHOAI ecosystem.

  • Represent RHOAI in leading AI/ML and OpenShift/Kubernetes conferences, sharing expertise and insights.

  • Mentor and guide teams in best practices for AI/ML development and open-source collaboration.

What you will bring:

  • Deep expertise in AI development, particularly in an MLOps context.

  • Strong background in AI/ML technologies, with a focus on scalability and performance.

  • Strong proficiency in Git and Linux, with a solid understanding of system operations and troubleshooting.

  • Ability to lead and work autonomously in a dynamic, evolving environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English language skills.

Preferred skills

  • Demonstrated leadership in technical teams and open-source projects.

  • Proficiency in data engineering, with extensive experience in designing and implementing efficient ETL pipelines for optimal data management.

  • In-depth knowledge of advanced SQL and NoSQL database technologies, including experience with distributed data storage systems.

  • Experience in Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.

  • Familiarity with data pipeline and model serving technologies.

Nice to Haves:

  • While a Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related discipline is valued, we prioritize practical experience and technical prowess.

The salary range for this position is $156,380.00 - $257,930.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
