Jobs at this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well-defined Commercial policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume, margin and compliance requirements).Customer facing position supporting HCS teams in order to generate incremental orders with leverage of financing sources available to the designated market (subject to Commercial policy objectives) – regulated and non-regulated products. High levels of Commercial judgment and market practices are required to achieve outcomes required.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Recognizes and develops expected by clients support schemes driven by funding expectations in comparison to available to the market financial products provided internally by GE HealthCare and externally by financial institutions / grants. Is expected to influence, validate and execute commercial strategy to support sales of GE HealthCare products within defined sales territory;
  • Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may affect offering. Responds to the demand for financial solutions by creating finance campaigns;
  • Requires understanding of finance market, sales processes, or customer groups, clinical and economical equipment outcome;
  • Originate and close funding transactions (GE HealthCare funding product or third party offering) with new, existing and former customers (including distributors) within assigned target market;
  • Understands EU-Funds (Grants/equivalents) funding landscape and funding mechanism;
  • Coordinates commercial relationship by reviewing on a weekly basis, funnel and customers’ expectations, ensures that the commercial team is regularly updated on the stage of each deal and on financing tools and support schemes;
  • Gains specialized knowledge across diagnostic imaging, ultrasound, and patient care solutions;
  • May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' opinion/options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view;
  • Reports each quarter the estimate for orders, sales & revenue on financing for the territory assigned;
  • These sales jobs will mainly be individual contributors;

Required Qualifications

  • Significant experience in flow-leasing, structuring, risk evaluation; Master's degree from an accredited university or college;
  • Deep expertise in understanding Polish financial market, accounting standards;
  • Proficiency in Excel;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Polish and in English;
  • 30% of working time will be designated to travel (Poland wide / EE);
  • Category B driving license, active driver;
  • C-level communication experience;High work standard and quality;
  • Reliable, responsive, attentive to detail, result driven;
  • Self-confidence, presence, and self-assurance;
