Key job responsibilities
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Assemble and test with emphasis to detail an assortment of avionic, electrical-mechanical assemblies, handle and install fiber-optics, and related hardware
- Supports some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems
- Participate in process improvements, maintain floor stock inventory
- You will independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables
- Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenanceAdditional Requirements: - Willing to work all shifts (days, evenings, staggered shifts) overtime and weekends as needed. Estimated shift times 1st shift: 6am-4:30PM / 2nd shift: 5:00 pm to 3:30 am. Shifts are 4 / 10 hour shifts either Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat. Shift will vary, depending on program needsExport Control Requirement:
Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.

- High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years relevant working with your hands such as kitchen or back of house, mechanics or general assembly.
- 1 year + experience in fast paced team environment.

- 1+ years of hands-on experience with precision torque, measurement and inspection devices (i.e., automated and manual torque wrenches, torque drivers, calipers, micrometers, profilometers, optical inspection devices, multi-meters), as well as standard hand tools
- Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements
- Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment
- Prior military service a plus
