Education Level

You have, or expect to have the ability to acquire:

  • Exceptional sense of ownership
  • Leadership skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Intermediate level or higher in Dutch
  • Self-starter, independent and proactive
  • Account Management skills, ability to use market and marketing data to build successful accounts plans
  • Good understanding of commercial and contract terms
  • Ability to build, negotiate and close deals
  • Ability to develop & present a value proposition to drive high customer satisfaction and exceed business projections
  • Hungry to win/get results
  • Candidate can work in the Netherlands
  • Is in the last year of his/her studies
  • Possibility to work full time during the internship, which will have a duration of 6-12 months
    We are looking for someone to do their internship and/or thesis with Honeywell

Key responsibilities of a sales team member:

  • Primary customer interface responsible for the development of business, and management of customer relationships
  • Understanding of the customer’s business, drivers, and organization, and an understanding of the value that Honeywell brings to the customer to drive to real business outcomes
  • Dissemination of key messages, initiatives, and of information pertaining to the value Honeywell brings to that specific customer at all levels of the customer’s organization
  • Business partner to the customer, establishes a defensible barrier to competitors, maximizes the business potential of their customers, and acts as the primary supplier interface for all products, solutions and services with this customer
  • Developing (technical/sales) roadmaps to support customer vision towards the future
  • Negotiating long term (service) contracts that support future vision of the customer
  • Champions the customers’ needs and requirements within the Honeywell organization Honeywell is offering
  • Extensive onboarding with a peer mentor and graduation supervisor(s)
  • Training and development opportunities
