Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Design, with management experience as a nice-to-have
- Familiarity with basic finance and accounting principles preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, Design Strategy, or equivalent relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality design output through a team
- Knowledge and experience in delivering product design deliverables such as design prototypes, documentation, design specs, assets (web and mobile), or similar
- Strong business acumen and experience in managing multiple stakeholders and senior leadership expectations
- Experience leading designers as a mentor, design lead, or manager
- Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills
