Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience creating content for technical audiences (e.g., developer documentation, Computer Science course material, or IT administration playbooks).
Experience writing in HTML or Markdown.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with AI writing tools (e.g., Gemini, 3rd-party tools), with an interest in AI-assisted workflows.
Ability to initiate, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously, with experience researching and writing content.
Ability to switch between UX writing and Help Center writing, and defining the interplay between content surfaces.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly-changing environment.
Excellent communication and web development skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, Javascript) to collaborate with team’s tech lead and develop AI and automation tooling for content creation, production, and analysis workflows.
