Make business related decisions involving multiple factors that may be ambiguous in nature. Decisions on matters that have a significant impact on business operations, financial results, and customer/vendor relationships.
Manage and measure logistics processes including shipping, warehouse, carrier activity, and damaged products claims identifying exceptional or high-cost deviations and making procedural decisions outside the scope of established guidelines.
Establish and formulate real time, focused benchmarks and MBOs/KPIs for each operational aspect of logistics performance.
The Director is involved with the sales and marketing business teams, customer resource management, and assisting with continuous logistics improvement.
Responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs and performance reviews. Conduct a comparative review of all kitting activity and cost analysis monthly and reports through senior management.
The ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects, issues and activities.
The ability to read, interpret and simplify complex information from various documents to create clarity and ease of understanding.
Ability to communicate in writing, through email, reports, presentations, or orally, product logistics matters to all audiences.
Interact with all levels within the organization and has frequent external contacts.
Prior management experience preferred.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
7-10+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant fields; or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
7+ years of experience within supply chain, required.
The ability to clearly define objectives, identify tasks and work assignments, give direction and make decisions based upon applied knowledge of alternatives and work experience.
