Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields
  • Minimum 1-3 years of CRM and operations experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications (esp. MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Preferably has knowledge of Business Object Reporting, Power BI
  • English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication is expected.
  • Self-motivated, result oriented, ability to deliver high quality work to strict deadlines
  • Teamworker and handling multiple tasks and organizational capacity
  • Time-management, collaborative, sense of urgency
  • Understanding of and interest to work with business processes, decision support systems, operational analysis and markets research
  • Organized and result oriented personality, strong follow up skills

Job Description

Ideal candidate will be responsible for operational tasks including:

  • Actively contribute to improving in -house operational efficiency including sales, operations, markets finance, markets.
  • Taking an active role in the company's CRM strategy and preparing development and action plans. Creating, planning and managing the setups for the development of CRM databases.
  • Ensuring completeness and accuracy of the database related activities in a timely manner in CRM and creating monthly & weekly reports
  • Organizing all the in-house documents and continuously update sharepoints and internal EY systems.
  • Reporting sales and campaign results to executives and provide communication and coordination between the sales team & executives
  • Creating Microsoft Powerpoint presentations, documenting meeting minutes, support & follow up of action plan and preparing account, sector, pipeline meeting
  • Conducting research on the markets, customer accounts, competitors and industry trends.
  • Analyzing data and overseeing various administrative tasks required to ensure our organization reaches our sales goals.
  • Support for Consulting Leaders in the strategic account / sector, markets management and reporting.
  • Taking part of your role will be to actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal relationships with different levels across the organization.
