Job Summary:
About the Role:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within the HR system, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers,
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with applicable laws and regulations,
- Coordinate employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans,
- Assist payroll in a timely and accurate manner, including calculating and processing salary changes, bonuses, and other compensation adjustments,
- Manage compliance with applicable labor laws, including ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting,
- Provide support for visa and relocation processes, including assisting with paperwork, coordinating with immigration attorneys, and managing employee communication,
- Maintain a high level of customer service to internal clients, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience),
- At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on data management, benefit administration, payroll administration, compliance, visa and relocation,
- Proficiency in Workday is a plus,
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy,
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
- Proficiency in the German language is an added advantage,
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
