Reviews and coordinates the office procedures, performs operational and
administrative activities.
Collects data and presents periodic, special and current reference and reports.
Manage various internal tools for supporting the client engagements.
Translates, prepares and executes various material and official documents, products, projects, proposals etc.
Closely monitor updates in the legislation relevant for our business and communicate to managers.
Archiving of documents.
Coordinates the information flow among the employees in the office.
Prioritizes the work and ensures the strict observance of all deadlines and procedures in the course of performance of the tasks.
Organizes the business trips of employees (hotel booking, business meetings)
Organizes and manage office meetings.
Other admin support as per needs of the service lines.
To qualify, candidates should have:
Excellent organizational skills.
University Degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics or similar field of study.
Working experience on a similar position will be considered as advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Macedonian and English language.
Good Knowledge of MsOffice.
Ability to work with clients and to work in team.
A mature and flexible personality and the ability to build and work with teams.
Strong analytical skills and attention to details
Excellent interpersonal skills/team player.
Self-motivated, positive attitude.
Willingness to learn.
