Ultrasound Field Service Engineer (Bronx)

Your role:

• Building, deploying and/or integrating Ultrasound imaging solutions.
• Collaborate on fulfilling technical implementation deliverables such as detailed design documentation, system build, configuration, and testing.
• Based on customer requirements, serves as a consultant to provide technical recommendations that best suit the environment
• Resolve technical issues and offer proactive technical support.
• Documentation of solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development.
• Represents Philips professionally in both customer and internal team situations.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment or 4+ years in electromechanical industries. Ultrasound experience and OEM training is highly preferred.
• Your skills include the ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, including knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment.
• You have an Associate Degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

The hourly pay range for this position is $34.30 - $58.80.
