- Lead project planning and management activities, including creating project plans, defining scope, tracking progress, and managing risks and issues.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, project sponsors, and external partners to define project objectives and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that project tasks are completed on-time and within budget.
- Facilitate project meetings, including regular status updates with stakeholders and team members.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk and issue logs, and status reports.
- This role involves interaction with clients operating nationally and globally where fluency in French and English is required. Bilingualism in both French and English is therefore a requirement of this role. While based in Montreal, this position will interact with external and internal stakeholders both within and outside of Canada. French and English bilingualism is therefore a requirement.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, commerce, accounting, computer science, engineering, business, finance and/or other related major
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the D365 F&O domain, including numerous years of hands-on functional experience
- A minimum of 5 years of D365 F&O project management experience, covering a minimum of 2 full-cycle projects
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of D365 F&O functionality and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
