You’ll play a key role in delivering complex enterprise solutions using Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring alignment with client goals and business outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations (Finance, SCM, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable D365 solutions.
  • Define architecture for integrations, data migration, reporting, and security.
  • Lead and mentor a team of functional/technical consultants and developers.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact with client stakeholders and internal leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to Microsoft’s best practices and delivery frameworks.
  • Support pre-sales and business development with solution design and effort estimates.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable assets, templates, and methodologies.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 6–10 years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP/D365 solutions
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on enterprise D365 projects.
  • Strong functional expertise in one or more areas: D365 Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Service.
  • Working knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Familiarity with Azure services and integration technologies (Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.).
  • Experience in data migration, security modeling, and user adoption planning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing teams and leading client workshops or discovery sessions.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Functional Consultant Associate (Finance/Supply Chain/CRM modules)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or relevant technical certifications
