Key job responsibilities
* Supports verification and validation for requirements and system design
* Creates software packages to test avionics hardware, such as creating software to monitor current, sensor inputs, and pass / fail criteria
* Capable of programming in Python, C++
* Experience writing API's or drivers for test equipment
* Experience creating GUI's in Windows or Linux
* Develops systems engineering artifacts including design documentation, interface control documents, requirements
* Performs subsystem integration work, including testing component level and architectural systems requirements
* Conduct static, dynamic, modal structural and thermal analysis as needed to support of component verification
* Documentation and presentation of materials for technical design reviews.
* Design and support test campaigns, both development and qualification/acceptance, for avionics hardware
* Documentation for test campaigns such as test plans, procedures and test casesA day in the life

- Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
- Experience with Linux/Unix
- Creates software packages to test avionics hardware, such as creating software to monitor current, sensor inputs, and pass / fail criteria
- Capable of programming in Python, C++

- Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science etc) with Systems Development Experience

- Experience with test systems, testing complete hardware packages such as sensors, compute systems and writing test software packages for such systems
