- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in New Product Introduction.
- Experience in more than one supply chain discipline (i.e fleet planning, supply planning, demand planning, fleet planning, logistics etc).
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to influence without direct authority, work across siloed domains, and facilitate agile decision making.
- Ability to generate multiple what-if scenarios, define corresponding plans of actions, adjust plans as unknown variables become known and orchestrate closed loop execution across multiple functional teams.
- Ability to synthesize concepts and background information into crisp executive style articulation.
