Consumer Marketing Leader Nordics , Personal Health
You are responsible for

- CMMs: E2E local marketing plan (LMAP) development & seamless, consistent, execution and driving category business performance for the unlocks
- Shopper: Drive shopper plans in conjunction with key channel strategies to drive category growth at Retail via story to trade, category management, in-store & online fundamentals and promo excellence.
- Prof: Localization and implementation of the WEPH professional marketing strategies for OHC + MCC to drive MOR in the Zone
- Media/PR: Close collaboration with local agencies, to activate inspiring and high impact media & PR plans in line with defined SoB strategies and respective targets.
Lead & coach the zone Marketing team(CMM, Shopper Marketing, Professional Marketing, Media & PR):
- Asses and build key, future-proof, teams through coaching, capability building and support career planning
Drive PH operating model in the zone to secure the zone AOP targets & objectives:
- Lead the Zone Dialogue Meetings to drive the dialogue & key projects x-functionally in the zone
- Orchestrate & coach the E2E squads (incl. Agile capabilities) per category to secure executional excellence of the WE strategy & consistency along CDJ
- Co-lead monthly WE Marketing Board with key projects to maximize synergies & consistency within WE
- In collaboration with the Commercial Leader, lead the E2E Zone team through key challenges and to unleash growth potential by driving clarity on Zone prioritization and empowering teams to bring additional opportunities to life
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Degree in marketing / business management
- Previous experience in sales, consumer or shopper marketing
- Highly articulate with an excellent command of written & spoken English
- Consumer, Shopper, Professional First: always act with brand strength and the consumer, shopper & professional first mindset
- Leaders lead boldly with an Enterprise mindset: Entrepreneurial mindset to create E2E category activation plans in the market
