Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
Experience working with digital organizations.
Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently to communicate with Indonesian speaking stakeholders and creators.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience working within the Indonesia market and understanding of the Indonesian creator ecosystem.
Experience in communications planning, content strategy and agency network.
Experience developing and executing creator-led programs.
Experience in researching consumer trends, competitor strategies and industry developments, have a passion for structuring, negotiating and delivering brand agreements with creators.
