Execute the Digital Onboarding Strategic Roadmap in a cross functional setting Gather, review, and prioritise product capability requests from external and internal stakeholders
Understand markets and users experience through client feedback (Voice of client) and research
Create client user journeys and drive application development with Technology partners
Manage relationships with cross functional partners in support of the product roadmap, day-to-day management, etc
Work within Agile framework-Clearly define EPICs and prioritise based on product vision and roadmap
Support Product Owners with decomposing EPICs into User Stories
Maintain an active feedback loop with external and internal stakeholders for Onboarding increment
Conduct system demo’s and support our Sales, Client Relationship and Client On-Boarding Teams with collateral and training
