Manage weekly sales week including facilitating Monday sales calls, inspecting calling and referral activity, managing pipeline and holding RMs accountable for commitments through Friday debriefs.
3. Deliver a differentiated Client Experience in all interactions with clients, prospects, and centers of influence driven by use of Financial Insights and other strategic advisory tools and resources.5. Assume responsibility for the profitability, quality, liquidity, and growth of the team's assigned commercial loan portfolios by ensuring the servicing of all client credit relationships, including credit proposal write-ups, file documentation, legal documentation, compliance, and loan closings, identifying potential portfolio weaknesses, and managing problems/delinquent credit relationships. Ensure adequate data integrity and risk management. Interpret and ensure communication of and adherence to the Bank's policies, programs and objectives.
6. Responsible for employment, training, performance ratings, salary changes, promotions, transfers, terminations, career enhancement and staffing for commercial team.8. In addition to leading a small team of commercial bankers, the MPP is also an individual contributor with an individual portfolio of clients and individual production expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training
2. Stonier or Louisiana State University graduate, Leadership Development Program, or equivalent program at another financial institution
3. Ten years of banking experience
4. Ability to manage a team of up to four bankers
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills; must speak fluent English
6. Strong understanding of commercial credit including underwriting, loan structuring, pricing to effectively advocate for clients
7. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
8. Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and to handle multiple priorities under time constraints
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree
