Key job responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of senior Applied and Data scientists, engineers and product managers responsible for operating large-scale ad recommendation systems for global marketplaces.
* Hire and develop engineering, data science and product manager talent to execute on growth initiatives in Emerging Marketplaces.
* Develop roadmap and influence WW-focused teams to align product, country, and regional level goals, across revenue, gap resolution, and feature parity.
* Define a long-term vision and strategy for monetization targets at a marketplace level. Build working backwards plans to achieve goals over ~three year time horizon.* Work with business leaders from product groups to analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, utilize network of relationships with the relevant industry to gather market intelligence, and ensure solutions include plans for metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, and launch efforts.

- Masters or PHD in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years experience in machine learning, AI, or a related field.
- 5+ years of leading and managing science teams that deliver large impact.
