Key responsibilities:
- Providing customer support, verifying customer information, preparing estimates, following up with customers and proactively look for opportunities to sell more parts.
- Regarding T&M and RQ:
- receiving requests from the field service team to provide a quotation on simple opportunities
- ordering, receiving and coordinating all materials for the T&M and RQ
- following up all open T&M and RQ when we’re waiting for customers’ approval, getting purchase orders, generating work orders & ensuring proper documentation
- Proposing new opportunities & initiatives to drive additional SPOT revenue for Honeywell
- Tracking all opportunities and having a clear understanding of the win rate for T&M and RQ.
Key skills and qualifications
- Bachelor or Post-Secondary technical education in a technical discipline related to HVAC/Mechanical or Building Automation Systems.
- Significant experience in a related industry in a Service capacity
- Previous technical/installation experience and customer service experience
- Good written and oral communication in Dutch and English
- Ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes
- Good presentation skills
