- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience leading the production of projects from creative brief through launch.
- Experience working on campaigns and projects with multiple senior/executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience managing the design and creative development of a digital, e-commerce retail platform.
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with web standards, design principles, and accessibility guidelines.
- Ability to balance working in a creative organization with a scalable and disciplined approach.
- Ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility and influence across all facets of a matrixed organization.
