What you'll be doing
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process for top agencies and brands, from identifying opportunities to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships, focusing on programmatic investment teams and trading desks within agency holding companies.
  • Strategically design and position Unity’s mobile exchange offerings to create tailored media packages, encompassing developers, audiences, creatives, outcomes, insights, and data.
  • Drive programmatic spend by structuring private, preferred, and managed deal campaigns, ensuring alignment with agency and client objectives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders—such as Sales Planning, Account Management, and Product teams—to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions for customers.
  • Stay informed of the broader Unity value proposition, including proprietary data capabilities, to position integrated and scalable solutions for programmatic partners.
What we're looking for
  • Demonstrable experience in digital media sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the programmatic advertising market, including SSPs, DSPs, third-party measurement software, and creative ad formats.
  • Established relationships (and excellent reputation) with key media agency personnel and trading desk teams.
  • Ability to present complex advertising solutions to generalist audiences, clearly articulating concepts such as DSP/SSP interplay and programmatic opportunities.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
You might also have
  • Significant experience working on mobile and/or programmatic advertising solutions.
  • A strategic and analytical outlook, with the ability to identify scalable opportunities and translate insights into tangible revenue growth.
  • Passion for innovation within the ad tech and mobile advertising industries, along with enthusiasm for Unity’s creative and technical capabilities.
