As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Identity Governance and Administration, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Defines user stories and acceptance criteria
- Produces and prioritizes backlog for development and estimation
- Manages continuously shifting business priorities and resolve conflict with commitments
- Provides content for product roadmaps, ensures timely delivery, and provides business reasons for any changes/revisions made to roadmaps
- Works closely with business and development teams to review enhancement requests for commercial value and convey the product vision to the team
- Cultivates trust through personal and team relationships with a range of product owners, engineers, and customers
- Facilitates implementation and adoption of new functionality through training and demonstrations
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Functionally decompose complex problems into simple, straightforward solutions and ability to present recommended solutions to all levels of the organization
- Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize competing demands, be versatile and action-oriented
- Clear communication & presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex issues concisely
- Demonstrated proficiency/advanced skills using Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience performing detailed data analysis, including ability to create, run, and modify SQL queries
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Interest in information security and knowledge of Identity and Access Management controls
- Understanding of Cloud Technology and its core components is a plus
