Boston Scientific Senior Cardiology Sales Operations National Strategist

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Build strong collaborative relationships across the Cardiology team (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing & Contracting, Sales Training, etc.) to align strategies and drive shared business outcomes.
  • Lead development of scalable processes, tools, and frameworks that enable the field organization to execute on strategic initiatives, including adoption of new technologies and therapies .
  • Shape and support strategies for entering emerging therapy markets and optimizing the structure of the U.S. field model to support evolving customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentation materials for sales leadership, the board of directors, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple strategic project requests, providing clarity and structure for high-impact work.
  • Analyze data trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations related to business performance, operations, and market opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends in sales structures, customer engagement, and therapy adoption to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Provide guidance to sales leadership on strategic planning cycles, including Stat plan, AOP, and national business reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with the field team to identify barriers and deliver solutions to improve customer targeting, engagement, and performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Sales, or Consulting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Align Mix, and Copilot.
  • Ability to solve complex business challenges with a structured, data-driven approach.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large datasets into strategic insights.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Solution-oriented with a mindset for continuous improvement and team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the medical device industry, especially within sales operations.
  • Background in market development and/or new product launch

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
