In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas:

As part of the
Developer Experiences & Cloud Platformsteam, you will:

• Lead product strategy for a portfolio of developer platforms & experiences, leveraging deep expertise of software development & cloud application architecture to deliver world-class platforms enabling developer innovation and productivity

• Build & lead a high performing team of product managers who will continually raise the bar on great customer outcomes, product strategy, roadmap development, design, documentation, testing, and monitoring

• Foster collaboration across multiple technical organizations including engineering, systems architecture, risk, and business to ensure alignment, consolidation, integration, and adoption of enterprise platforms.

• Develop technical standards, best practices, and governance processes that ensure consistency, scalability, usability, self-service, and reliability of platforms.

• Protect customer experiences and customer data with a rigorous focus on platform governance, technical standards, reliability, resiliency, and cyber security.

• Establish and monitor technical and business performance indicators to track the success and impact of enterprise platforms, proactively addressing issues and driving continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 8 years of experience in digital product management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

• MBA or Master’s degree

• 5+ years of experience in Agile product management

• 5+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $272,600 - $311,200 for Sr. Dir, Product Management San Francisco, California (Hybrid On-Site): $288,800 - $329,600 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
