- At least 5 years of transportation or Florida state government project management experience
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license - Existing client relationships with DOT and/or other relevant agencies
- Alternative delivery project experience including design-build, progressive design-build, and construction manager/general contractor (or construction manager at risk)
