Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field AND 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or people analytics.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills and highproficiencyin Excel


Preferred

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a matrixed environment.
  • Regional experience across Asia and/or EMEA.
  • Familiarity withPowerBI, PowerApps, or CRM systems.
  • Ability to work with Statistical tools and predictive analysis
  • Demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders and driving program adoption.

Compensation Education & Consultation

  • Develop and deliver onboarding and training materials to educate HR partners on compensation programs, policies, and practices.
  • Provide expert consultation and analytics on complex compensation queries and projects, including regulatory implications and mitigation strategies.
  • Offer customized solutions for retention, competitive offers, and levelling recommendations by gathering contextual business insights.

Program Design & Adaptation

  • Conduct market analysis and internal benchmarking to support compensation program design.
  • Operationalize legal and compliance guidance into practical compensation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to socialize proposed changes and secure alignment.

Program Implementation

  • Support the rollout of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring integration with broader HR and business initiatives.
  • Partner with global teams to align implementation materials and timelines.

Program Management

  • Manage ongoing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with Microsoft’s reward philosophy and business needs.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on data insights and stakeholder feedback.

Supplier Selection & Management

  • Participate in supplierselectionand onboarding for benefits-related services.
  • Negotiate service contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure delivery against performance targets.

Regional Expertise & Market Intelligence

  • Analyse compensation and benefit trends across Asia, especially India, and recommend program adjustments.
  • Conduct campus compensation research tomaintaincompetitiveness in early talent acquisition.
