- Participate in supplierselectionand onboarding for benefits-related services.
- Negotiate service contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure delivery against performance targets.
Regional Expertise & Market Intelligence
- Analyse compensation and benefit trends across Asia, especially India, and recommend program adjustments.
- Conduct campus compensation research tomaintaincompetitiveness in early talent acquisition.
