How you’ll spend your day
  • Ensure operational implementation of Quality Management System in compliance with GMP&GDP, Teva Corporate and International Markets Standards, and national regulations.

  • Support the Line Manager for rolling out of Teva Quality Management System at the commercial unit (including Teva owned local warehouse if applicable).

  • Responsible for quality oversight and regulatory compliance of products marketed in China mainland, and Taiwan.

  • Support the Line Manager on quality approval and management of local 3rd party service providers/ suppliers/ manufacturers/ distributors.

  • Support the Line Manager on any critical quality incident.

  • Implement the Annual Report for Drug in China mainland.

  • Support Health Authority’s GMP inspections on manufacturing sites

  • Support Greater China projects such as SAP deployment, Training system deployment (if applicable).

  • Back up of primary company contact with local Health Authorities in relation to GMP/GDP inspections, quality incidents and recalls in China mainland, Taiwan.

  • Continuous improvement.

Your experience and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemicals, Healthcare or an equivalent

  • Licensed Pharmacist is preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as quality personnel in a pharmaceutical or healthcare companies, or equivalent roles at supply chain, or RA groups, etc.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and working experience with PIC/S, and China GMP/GDP/GSP and other legislations

  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry

  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical import and distribution operations, QC testing, etc.

  • Knowledge from Cosmetics, or Medical Device is preferred

  • Have the sense of Business Acumen, including digital business

  • Fluently in written and spoken English

  • Proficient computer skills in current software including MS Office, PowerPoint

  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with all levels in the organization as well as with Health Authorities

  • Can Do attitude

  • Required to travel regularly
