Responsibilities:

  • Drive Member Engagement & Retention : Develop and execute strategies and tactics to increase member engagement and reduce attrition, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty and maintain a holistic view of the complex landscape of cashback incentive offers at PayPal including consumer engagement, merchant participation and impact, and PayPal business impact

  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with teams across Loyalty Partnerships, Product, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Operations and other departments to deliver an exceptional and seamless program experience. Lead regular communication and status updates with senior leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Marketing Strategy Execution : Partner with the Marketing team to design and implement campaigns that amplify program benefits, attract new members, and reinforce the value proposition of the loyalty program.

  • Enhance Customer Experience : Continuously assess and optimize the customer experience by identifying pain points and implementing process improvements that ensure a smooth, frictionless experience for program members.

  • Customer Support: Collaborate with the Customer Support team to ensure that all customer inquiries related to the loyalty program are addressed promptly and accurately. Define escalation paths and work to resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring positive brand sentiment and customer loyalty.

  • Managing Global Program Operations: Oversee the localization and adaptation of the loyalty program for different international markets, ensuring that benefits, rewards, and communications are tailored to local preferences, regulations, and customer needs. Work closely with regional teams to drive consistency across markets while respecting regional differences.

  • Lead New Initiatives : Drive the end-to-end launch of new loyalty program initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader company goals and customer expectations.
