As a System Dev engineer,, you will build tools and services with infrastructure-as-code, enable self-healing, site reliability, and scaling. Use AWS products and DevOps patterns to build the next generation of remote systems management tools.Key job responsibilities
- Develop and Optimize VDI Solutions: Design, deploy, and manage Windows 365 (W365) environments, ensuring efficient resource usage, security, and high availability.
- Client Engineering Expertise: Engineer and maintain client systems for optimal performance, leveraging automation tools to ensure compliance, security, and software deployment across devices.
- Configuration Management: Build and maintain imaging, patching, and configuration management processes for both virtual and physical devices to ensure a consistent user experience.
- Remote Solutions Implementation: Implement remote and automated imaging solutions for global sites, focusing on security, compliance, and efficiency.- Troubleshoot and Support: Provide technical support and expertise, diagnosing issues and implementing solutions to enhance user productivity and system reliability.
- Automation & Scripting: Leverage scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to automate manual processes, improve deployment times, and maintain consistent configurations.Export Control Requirement

- 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 1+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- 3+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems and hands-on systems engineering experience
- Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, storage, operating systems)
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby
- Experience in cloud-based VDI deployments (Azure, AWS).

- Experience with PowerShell (preferred), Python, Ruby, or Java
- Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology
- Knowledge of compliance and security standards (e.g., STIG, NIST)
