Program overview:
Duration: 6 months
Working time: Part-time or Full-time (Flexible schedule)
Hybrid working model: 3 days onsite, 2 days home office
Paid Internship + Standard Benefits package
Expected start: June/ July 2025
Storage Remote Technical Support - You will have the chance to work with professionals in the following Storage fields: Data Protect, Virtualization & Storage Software, Enterprise Flash & Disc, Remote Code Load. You will monitor the troubleshooting process on hardware/ software failures, installation, usage and configuration. You will collaborate with senior engineers to provide problem determination/ source identification, define and drive action plans.
Networking Remote Technical Support – In these teams you will be join a group of professionals who support clients enterprise level networks based on a number of different technologies- Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, F5, Checkpoint etc. You will together with them analyze a complex environment, try to pinpoint the precise issue and come up with a detailed and reliable plan to fix it.
- Recent graduate or university student with relevant studies as per above dimensions, such as Network technologies, Telecommunications, Computer science, Electronics, etc.
- Fluency in English language
- Able to communicate effectively with a customer-oriented attitude
