- Design and Deploy AWS EKS Infrastructure for hosting Apigee Hybrid in multiple Global Regions through CI/CD and Terraform
- Ensure the Apigee Hybrid Deployment is properly protected by AWS WAF or other solutions adequate for mitigating DDOS and other threats
- Regularly upgrade Apigee Hybrid using a Blue/Green deployment model ensuring that currency is maintained for EKS versions
- Create dashboards that provide at-a-glance insight into the health of the Apigee Hybrid application and infrastructure as well as status relative to upcoming maintenance activities
- Participate in PagerDuty on-call rotation and respond to any incidents managing them within the prescribed incident/escalation processes
- Cross-train within the team to ensure our collective ability to back each other up
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related program; or equivalent experience in a related engineering discipline with 8+ years' experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience: 5+ years in DevOps; 3+ years in AWS and EKS
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem solving, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in speaking and writing English
