Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience building relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. internal teams) and external partners (e.g., agencies, clients).
Experience working with media and marketing measurement solutions and approaches, including Media Mix Modeling, incrementality studies and Brand measurement.
Experience collaborating with media agencies across various departments (including comms planning and strategy, AV, and digital teams).
Preferred qualifications:
6 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
4 years of experience working in the Consumer Packed Goods industry or product area.
2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
Experience in communications strategy and planning, media sales or brand management.
