I2M Process Improvement Manager (Malvern, PA)

The I2M Process Improvement Manager ensures the successful deployment and adoption of I2M processes and tools to meet design control requirements and Philips Quality standards.

Your role:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables to align with business goals, creating detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts as needed.

  • Oversee process standardization, deployment, and change management to ensure readiness of regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across teams.

  • Act as a key liaison between various stakeholders to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement in product development, launch and maintenance related processes

  • Identify risks and proactively mitigate them to ensure project success, adhering to quality standards and deadlines.

  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships by providing regular updates and managing expectations.

  • Support change management efforts, including leading migration, establishing work instructions, providing training, and overseeing technical deployment.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of relevant experience in the medical device industry, supporting engineering & product development, with demonstrated technical leadership skills.

  • Your skills include managing complexity, driving results, and persuading stakeholders effectively to prioritize patient safety and quality. You are experienced with industry standards like ISO 14971, IEC 62304, IEC 62366, and FDA GMP.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering and/or business discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • You can successfully meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements of this role, with or without accommodation.

  • You’re an effective communicator and team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can travel as needed to meet project goals.

The pay range for this position in (Malvern, PA) is $135,975 to $233,100

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
