Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Skills Required:

Comprehensive understanding of the E-Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
Knowledge of various E-Discovery tools and platforms (e.g., Relativity, Nuix, EnCase)
Proficiency in data collection, processing, review, and production
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with project management and client communication
Familiarity with legal processes and requirements

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

· Prior experience in a Transformation projects in banking domain is a great plus with Business requirements gathering, stakeholder’s management & strong presentation skills.

· Traceability of business requirements into solution design to confirm linkage of business

Job Description:

Consult with clients to determine their E-Discovery needs and requirements
Manage and oversee the E-Discovery process
Use various E-Discovery tools to process and review data platforms (e.g., Relativity, Nuix, EnCase)
Ensure data security and compliance with legal standards
Prepare reports and documentation related to E-Discovery projects
Provide training and support to clients and Team members on E-Discovery best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing and review
