Monitor and maintain the STO orderbook to provide accurate input to key SCM processes such as Product Supply, DC and Inbound planning and Omnichannel Operations.
Publish weekly and daily STO reports to relevant stakeholders.
Support with tracking STO costs vs. budget and meeting with Finance regularly to track forecast vs. actuals.
Ensure that demand/supply analysis, allocation, delivery note creation, and fulfillment activities are executed on schedule, in alignment with STO budget and according to defined business priorities and rules.
Track and communicate performance and KPI, identifying drivers and taking actions for improvements.
Be accountable for the execution, reporting, and continuous improvement of the STO process as the process owner.
Be responsible for the weekly Multi Node replenishment selection process, incl. the creation and execution of STOs as well as the monitoring of the end-to-end flow.
Support and consult respective teams in the De-Shas/ Cancellation process with Planning, Execution and Monitoring of STOs
Foster effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the STO process.
Support forecasting and long-term planning activities, including analyzing historical data and identifying trends to inform future planning decisions.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
College or university degree with a focus on SCM, Logistics or a related field; or comparable experience.
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree.
Min. 3 years’ working experience; 5 preferable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access), and SAP.
