Manages TT execution within assigned region, ensuring sales targets, retail visibility, and distribution KPIs are achieved through close engagement with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Area Sales Achievement:
- Deliver area sales targets across TT customers (wholesalers and retailers).
- Drive sell-out initiatives at account level.
Distributor Sales Management in the assigned region:
- Manage day-to-day operations with assigned distributors.
- Ensure distributors follow agreed plans (coverage, stock availability, and credit terms).
Coverage and Distribution:
- Ensure the right numeric and weighted distribution of CE products.
- Expand retail footprint in the assigned area, by onboarding and acquisition of new accounts.
Area Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and report Alex and Delta sales performance.
- Analyze area-specific issues and propose action plans.
Reporting:
- Provide market intelligence (pricing, competitor activities) to Channel Manager.
- Submit periodic sales reports, stock status, and competitor analysis.
- Channel Incentives submission.
- Following up on weekly and monthly CE PSI.
- Following up on weekly and monthly inventory reports.
- Trade marketing activities submission and communication.
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
6-8 years of experience in sales, and dealers' management.
Strong Communication and negotiation skills.
