Key Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment efforts for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) across the US.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies using multiple channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on hiring priorities.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to refine processes and improve results.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in high-growth startups, with a focus on GTM roles. Experience working with Israeli startups or international companies is a significant advantage.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to build a robust pipeline of candidates and manage high-volume recruiting while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices in sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement.
