  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong experience working with global teams, including Channel Strategy, Sales Account Managers, and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution and alignment of merchandising programs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, effective store communications and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including New Product Introductions (NPIs) and reset activities, while ensuring adherence to timelines and guidelines.
  • Budget Management: Experience in overseeing budgets and controlling program expenses, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial optimization.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven track record of handling compliance issues, product escalations, and troubleshooting challenges in a fast-paced environment.
