Job Description- Manages all activities in support of training, education and staff development within the organization.
- Assessing staff learning requirements and developing learning programs to meet career development needs.
- Leading the planning and delivery of learning programs for technical and employee relations issues.
- Working with the training team to establish best practices for the delivery of learning programs.
- Directing the analysis and implementation of learning plans and strategies for the organization in order to maintain and improve effectiveness.
