Role and Responsibilities

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop commercial strategy and operations for services innovation
  • Create scalable pricing architectures, e.g., consumption-based or outcomes-based pricing models that align with long-term corporate and product strategy in digital health
  • Partner with key corporate functions in the U.S. (Finance, Legal, HR) and leverage playbooks from similar U.S. business units to architect new business models
  • Build operations processes, including the design of new pricing and billing models, and deal desk, forecasting, other critical commercial capabilities
  • Establish KPIs, playbooks, etc. in collaboration with Product, Analytics, Partnerships, Marketing, partners and other teams
  • Develop new processes, tools, and ROI frameworks to connect financial performance with product analytics
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and HQ teams to enhance and streamline partner financial reporting
  • Review services performance with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the health team’s strategy

  • Experience across the digital health ecosystem and value chain including interactions with other HCLS incumbents
  • Deep familiarity with market access challenges
  • Ability to navigate international cultures and work across time zones and experience working with a remotely located operations team

Qualifications/Skills

  • Top-tier MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, BizOps, StratOps, RevOps, Sales Ops and related disciplines
  • Strong forecasting and scenario modeling background
  • Experience migrating companies from product/hardware to subscription/SaaS business models across a variety of tech stacks, including homegrown tech stacks
  • Understanding of healthcare market dynamics and regulations
  • Track record of building new business processes and capabilities within both early stage and large organizations
  • Experience leading large cross-functional teams while leveraging shared services
  • Professional services or advising and implementation experience

Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions

  • Work is generally performed in an office environment.
  • This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Under very little direct supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines where decisions are seldom monitored and consequences of decisions adversely affect operating results and management decisions.
  • Complete access to confidential company data where disclosure may jeopardize the company’s competitive position.
  • Able to travel domestically or internationally, when required, to meet partners, development team, or other stakeholders.
