As a Payments Client Onboarding Manager within our dynamic team, you will ensure a positive client onboarding experience by owning the client journey and delivering project solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes that align with client expectations and contribute to our global operating model. Your role is crucial in enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
You will work closely with partners in Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Client Service to deliver exceptional service. Your expertise will help clients improve their treasury, finance, or business operations through J.P. Morgan's innovative payment solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in Sales process to position and differentiate J.P. Morgan’s Client Onboarding strengths and value.
- Lead implementation projects comprising of client-facing activities such as workshops to refine solutions, establish project plans and governance, conduct Product testing and manage legal documentation.
- Consult client to improve their treasury, finance or business operations through adoption and operation of J.P. Morgan Payment technology and product solutions proposed at the Sales process.
- Ensure compliance with audit and controls policies and procedures with active focus on risk management
- Drive improvements to J.P. Morgan Payments global operating model with internal partners to deliver high client satisfaction and internal efficiencies.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- University degree.
- Above 5 years of experience in Transaction Banking, Corporate Finance, or Payment services.
- Superior leadership and teamwork demonstrating ability to work independently in a matrix, cross-functional, global organization
- Strong and effective communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Demonstrable self-motivation, initiative, and strong client focus.
- Detail oriented and methodical required for strong project management discipline
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- User or developer experience in enterprise applications like SAP, Oracle, Ariba, etc specifically in the finance/treasury modules would be an advantage
- Technical familiarity with file/data transfer technologies like API, SFTP, ISOxml, etc would be an advantage
- Held positions in client facing roles and proven or certified project management experience preferred
