ADVANCED PROJECT ENGINEER – DASSAULT F10X APU

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Advanced Project Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and overseeing the design, development, and delivery of advanced projects. You will be responsible for managing complex projects and ensuring their successful execution. Your expertise in project management and engineering will contribute to the advancement of our technological solutions. In this role, you will impact the development and implementation of cutting-edge projects that address vertical-specific challenges and contribute to energy improvement and smart city optimization. You will be part of the Regional and Business Aviation APU team reporting directly to our Sr Eng Pgm Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location [hybrid].
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and make data-driven decisions to keep projects on track
  • Champion best practices in project management and engineering
  • Present project updates and technical information to stakeholders

MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • Experience in leading complex projects in the field of advanced engineering
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability

WE VALUE

  • Gas turbine engine development experience
  • Master’s degree in a technical discipline
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies, such as Agile project management
