What you'll be doing

• Handling product integration and technical ownership
• Investigating technical issues’ root cause and offering a solution
• Handling technical internal processes and operations
• Troubleshooting and analyzing production level performance
• Working closely with R&D, Product Teams and Account Management

What we're looking for

• BCS in Computer Science / Industrial Management or equivalent
• Passion for technology and innovation
• Proven strong technical skills with the ability to understand and troubleshoot system and applications flows, deep dive into sophisticated problems & find their root cause
• High level of English written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solver with ability to work well under pressure
