What you bring:
As a specialist in the Customer Experience (CX), you will focus on and have had experience in one of the following areas:
Sales and Service applications, understanding of Call Center/Case Management technologies and/or Sales Force Automation processes and solutions.
Commerce applications covering B2C, B2B and B2B2C. Understanding of Direct to Consumer (D2C) and omnichannel capabilities as well as Customer portals.
Order Management applications, and Pricing and Promotions Solutions as related to Retail Industry.
Ability to define Consumer and Customer journeys across solutions and channels
Experience and understanding of Marketing and Customer Data Solutions is a plus
2-7+ years of relevant presales AND \ OR operational experience
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required, MBA (Master of Business Administration) or equivalent degree required from accredited university preferred
Candidate will bring a distinguished combination of digital proficiency and technical acumen with a demonstrated proficiency of leveraging digital tools and methodologies to drive sales and client engagement.
A solid working knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, SaaS/PaaS solutions
