What you bring:

  • As a specialist in the Customer Experience (CX), you will focus on and have had experience in one of the following areas:

  • Sales and Service applications, understanding of Call Center/Case Management technologies and/or Sales Force Automation processes and solutions.

  • Commerce applications covering B2C, B2B and B2B2C. Understanding of Direct to Consumer (D2C) and omnichannel capabilities as well as Customer portals.

  • Order Management applications, and Pricing and Promotions Solutions as related to Retail Industry.

  • Ability to define Consumer and Customer journeys across solutions and channels

  • Experience and understanding of Marketing and Customer Data Solutions is a plus

  • 2-7+ years of relevant presales AND \ OR operational experience

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required, MBA (Master of Business Administration) or equivalent degree required from accredited university preferred

  • Candidate will bring a distinguished combination of digital proficiency and technical acumen with a demonstrated proficiency of leveraging digital tools and methodologies to drive sales and client engagement.

  • A solid working knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, SaaS/PaaS solutions
